For the last 18 months, I spend roughly 2 hrs trying to get a comprehensive prepaid receipt to submit to my company for reimbursement. The reason being, the receipt or whatever is provided in My Verizon is too shallow to suffice as a receipt. Worse enough, the receipt from Customer Care is equally shallow, and my expense report gets rejected all the time.
I negotiated to remain with Verizon over other limited carriers. But this is very frustrating.
