  • I just received my bill. And it’s 13.00 more. They did a charge back on my account. I sent a phone back after buying a new one from Verizon. It’s been about two months and they said they never received the phone   I can’t contact anyone. I have been a great customer for over 25 years. I tracked the phone and it stated that it was returned. I sent it back in the box I received my new phone in with the prepaid postage sent to me   I can’t get no one to talk to
