Verizon use to allow customers to upgrade early, what happen to this? I can see with a small account but we average thousands a year and have been customers for 15+yrs. Is there anyone to talk to that would allow us to upgrade 1 phone early?

The most recent post I've seen about this was someone who was able to upgrade 7 days early.

Yes they will let you just call customer service

Rdw78, new phone time is always exciting. MiiHere and BrownSugar67 jumped in with some great info. It is correct that usually 7 days early is what can be done through customer service.


I recommend dialing *611 (1800-922-0204) from the handset to reach out to Business Support, and review over the available upgrade options or special promos that may be available to assist with this.
