Upgrade transfer

I've tried the upgrade transfer instructions that were posted on line. However, when I select transfer to another device it doesn't take me to the next step of selecting which decide to transfer to. I am using the myverizon app on my phone and not a computer. Could that be the issue? If not, can you advise if there are other instructions that I am unaware of?

kkbsmom - I am happy to hear you are upgrading one of your lines. The My Verizon application does have some limitations. I would suggest opening http://vz.to/1iMZ2mC on your web browser. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Look for and tap on View Desktop site. The process from there will be a breeze.
