It has been down at least all day today.  I have let folks know at Verizon but still not up.  I would like to do some research on my line.  I know that i can go into the store or call but want to research on my own.   

When will it be back up?

I'm having the same problem, and have been for months now. In fact, most of the account features I had access to in the past are no longer accessible. At this point I can't even view the devices on our business plan.
