I recently made a payment arrangement on my account on 9/4/19 to pay $89.26. On that date they charged me twice and said they would refund the other amount back. Now 8 days later and they have said they cannot refund the amount back but I never consistent to that charge. You have taken all the money have because of it. I want this resolved immediately.
