Email came and said Bill was available last week. When I log in to my Verizon it only shows last month's bill and paid in full. Have tried logging out and using website instead of the app. Nothing works.
No. I waited until I got the notification that my bill was ready and then went in to pay it. If I scroll down I can see the charges for this month but it will not allow me to pay the amount owed for the month. Tells me I can't prepay on my account. I just want to get my bills done so I don't have to worry about again until next month.
