Ticket status

I was charged to upgrade my device and never received the device. Last week (11/16) I spoke to a representative who said my refund would be processed in up to 5 business days and then I should be able to reorder the phone I am upgrading too. She gave me a ticket number, but it has now been over a week and I still have not received my refund, and I still cannot order my device. Is there somewhere I can check the status of my service ticket?
