I just switched to a new plan where texting is unlimited.
The message indicates it is a permissions problem. The message comes up even as I attempt to send the message from the Verizon web site.
From each of the phones the thread times out and offers to try again.
I assume there is a setting that needs to be changed on the account can you point me at the right place?

I went to a store and I got it sorted out.
It was a setting on my account.
