I contacted Verizon both yesterday and today about resolving a contract dispute. Verizon has been unresponsive. When asked what the California operating entity was, or where process should be served, I was told that Verizon's representatives did not have access to that information, and could not obtain that information. Please confirm that this is the proper operating entity and process server for Verizon in California.
