In My Verizon account (account manager login) I can view a list of texts for the billing period. Many of those have been reported as spam. On some I’ve used the forward to 7726 method and others the “Report Spam” button, in case one works better than the other. I can’t tell if either is doing anything other than generating some automated response.
On the list of texts, shouldn’t there be a flag or some spam indicator on the texts I’ve reported? Does anyone else think that would be a good idea?
