Switch go sprint! I made the error of switching from sprint to Verizon worst decision ever!! I have been told I am out of the 60 day window. I switched back in February and have been going back in fourth with the switch department it's now October. 23 submissions endless phone calls and still no resolution.
I have been with Verizon since 2007. Now I have 5 phones on my acccount and we all share 8GB. After insurance just on 2 of the lines, my total is over $305/month. Left the Sprint store last night with a quote for the exact same plan with new phones and insurance for $170/month. Before I went to Sprint, I asked Verizon what they could do to keep me as a customer...they could do nothing but try to sell me on an upgrade. This is for a DECADE long customer.
Looking at the covergae map and where I normally travel, there doesn't seem to be a $135 difference in coverage.
