Why am I having such a hard time paying my bill? I share with my daughter and her family, I go online to pay and then she can't get into her account and we both have separate pass codes. Payed bill in store today and the kids was by himself helping me and two other customers at the same time. I still owe 93 cents and now worried about phones being shut off and my daughter and son in law are upset. How the [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service]  does Verizon keep doing this? I'm ready to take phone and shove it down someone's throat. Any suggestions?
