It concerns me greatly that I can enter credit card information on Verizon web pages w/o
additional security measures. But I can NOT correct my email address without sending
additional security information!
It is clear that they are concerned that their account information is correct. But not
concerned with your credit, or identity theft.
In conclusion; it's seems safe to say, that the Verizon web pages are not as safe, or secure
as they would like you to believe.
On the contrary, the Verizon site is in compliance with the payment card industry data security standards (including encryption and tracking) for credit cards and bank account information.
They're also secure with changes to email like you mentioned to prevent a hacker from taking over another person’s account and committing fraud like identity theft.
Security is a priority, and we're concerned to hear you say that you feel we are not concerned. Help is here. Please elaborate. Where are you having these troubles? What are you attempting to do?
