Ringtones won’t work

Never been able to apply ringtones to my phone! Friends can’t stand the standard Verizon music.

Are you referring to the ringback tones that callers hear when they call you?

Ringback tones are managed through your MyVerizon account online. These are line (number) specific items so you need to sign using that line's specific login information and not the account owner if the account owner is registered to a different number.

Are you attempting to manage the ringback tones this way?

As your fellow community member mentioned, you need to sign into your My Verizon account using your line's log in info, in order to purchase and manage the ring back tone for that line. Visit http://spr.ly/6583DaOeP for more details.
