I have tried to redeem the $.25/ gallon gas reward on month i see a code and pin. When I push use now everything goes gray. I can not pick what type of gas or instructions how to redeem.

 This month the apple news+ after I hit button to use now and nothing goes any further. How do these things work ??

Am I doing something wrong ??
