I have gone to two different corporate owned Verizon stores with my DD214 and my VA card. My discount that I had for six years was removed despite the store faxing my paperwork to the discount Revalidation center office. Is anyone else having this problem? I have been a Verizon customer since November 2008 when my son deployed to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne.
This is concerning to see that it has taken this long to get your military discount reset up. Besides faxing the information at a store location you do have other options. You can fill everythng out online at: VerizonWireless.com/MilitaryDiscounts. If this has been done as well, I would recommend reaching out to our discount team directly at #866-378-1535.
