So I have a legit question. What's the point of being able to set up a promise to pay on the Verizon app when you're just going to go ahead and take the money out of my bank and then pretty much proceed to have your customer service employees tell me I'm basically messed up and it's my fault. I told them I have all the emails and confirmations to prove everything (which by the way the employees can see them too) and they said it didn't matter? What?
Our Promise to Pay feature is a great way to help secure your account from interruption if you anticipate being late on your payment.
