I am NOT a prepay customer, but I want to see the number of minutes and texts by phone for each month. We are on an unlimited plan, but I still want to know what I am getting for my money. I am very disappointed that these details were removed from the paper bill with a note to see the online version for details and here I am....but there are no such details provided. This is just one more reason why I will probably leave Verizon.
