Question of Retaining Unlimited Data While Upgrading

There are 2 phones on my acct under an old Family Share Plan.

Phone A-Old iPhone with 2GB data

Phone B-Old Droid with unlimited data

I know you can retain the unlimited data by purchasing a full priced phone. However, if Phone A gets upgraded with a 2yr contract....the family share plan will be axed for the More Everything Plan, correct? Does that mean Phone B will lose the unlimited regardless?

Thanks for any clarification.

You can have more than one contract on an account, so phone A can upgrade and will take on a new plan, while plan B can stay on the same plan it was on as long as you do not upgrade it by way of subsidy.  If I'm not mistaken, Family Share is basically what More Everything is now...you add on lines and share the data/min/texts.
