I wanted to leave a very POSITIVE feedback about an online agent (Charlie) with whom I had the pleasure to chat with.
Charlie went above and beyond to listen to me patiently and help me resolve my issue to the fullest. I explained to Charlie that feedback within the chat app hasn't ever worked. I hope Verizon takes the time to fix the app and sends an email survey later.
