Poor phone and network reception and incorrect 911 routing


Unfortunately, it seems I have joined a long list of others who have become sorely dissatisfied with Verizon. I have been with Verizon for decades and recently- have been treated terribly. I would invite Verizon to listen to the last four or so interactions. The representatives have been decent overall but the service from Verizon's network has degraded terribly over the last several months. I have been told there is over-saturation of the network and nothing that could be done. My bill is the same or higher for poorer service? My grave 911 issue (a ticket was started) has seemingly been dropped.
I have been a loyal customer and now I could not be more disappointed.
