I need to speak to a representative!   I called Friday and spoke with Quashay and she gave me a price that is not reflecting on my Plan.  I called back on Saturday to have this situation resolved and never heard back from Verizon about this issue.  I am getting ready to cancel service with Verizon if this is not resolved and given the price I was promised.  Quashay gave me excellent customer service but my plan does not reflect the price I was promised.  Please call back back ASAP.
