I paid my phone bill on time but you guys still disconnected my phone. Why is that?

Oh no, SNorfleet96. We never want you to be without service. Let's get to the bottom of this. Have you verified the payment posted to your account by dialing #PMT and send from your phone? If your payment was posted, I would recommend contacting our Financial Team at 866-266-1445 or *611 and send to make sure service is restored.
