Payment problem

My checking account has been suspended due to fraudulent activity. Estimated date to reopen is December 15-21. Is there anyway to setup a payment arrangement to restore service?

You can set up payment arrangements in any of our Express Service Portals:

  • My Verizon Online
  • My Verizon App
  • Sign In to set it up.
  • Automated Phone System

If you don't have access to any of these options, you can contact Financial Service at 866-266-1445. However, you may find using the Express Service portals is fast and easy to do!
