Anyone else having trouble with the new webpage? I am trying to print my payment confirmation but the print link only opens a blank page. Top of page says:
Payment Confirmation Page https://ebillpay.verizonwireless.co,/vzw/nos/print_confirmation.jsp. The bottom shows 2015 Verizon Wireless 12/1/2015 11:07 AM. Balance of page is blank. Is there a problem with the new webpage. I cannot find any support numbers or contact other than public places such as this forum, facebook, and such. What happened to personal support? Poor performance for the "Leader" in wireless.

There haven’t been any reports to us about our website having issues. Have you been able to print this out in the past? Were you able to sign out of the online my Verizon account and sign back in?
I see that you mentioned you were not able to find where to us. This is sad to hear, because we always want for you to have easy access to us at all times. I want to let you know about the ways you can contact us in the future. On our website, almost at the top right, there is a “Contact Us” link. Here is the support page link http://vz.to/1KcqHcW that you can have for the future. Another way to contact us is to dial *611 and send from your Verizon Wireless phone & that will direct you right to our Customer Service.
