Past due fee

I am only $0.02 for some unknown reason. I am being charged $5.00!! for that?

I think I will NOT pay that this month or any other month, So will you charge me another $5.00 ????

Yes, if you fail to pay your balance in full each month, you will likely get a late payment charge. Eventually, your service may even be cut off. It can't hurt to call in to CS and ask to have the $5 charge reversed for such a small "oversight".

Of course if you call in with the attitude your post appears to have, you will not likely receive any consideration.
