Paperless Billing

With the new design, I'm not sure where to go to enroll in paperless billing. Any ideas?

Once logged into your on-line MyVerizon account, click on My Profile on the far left.  Look under Billing and Payment Info. ... paperless billing is about half-way down.  Click on the blue Change Paperless Billing on the right, then follow the prompts.

The problem was that my account didn't have an Account Owner. Once I set myself as the Account Owner I was able to see the link you're talking about (it didn't show up before).

That does make a difference!     Yep, you have to be signed in as the Account Owner to make those kinds of changes.  Glad to hear you have it straghtened out.
