I was going to Edge Up to a new iPhone, paid the amount to be able to Edge Up but didn't actually get a new device. I tried looking online to see what my remaining balance is but the "view Edge agreement" option is gone. My question now is does that mean I can cancel that line without a balance? I originally signed an Edge agreement May 2014.
