How many times will Verizon keep telling me they are giving me a bill credit for a returned router from the first three weeks of having received it, and still have not gotten a credit? THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND NOW I AM PLANNING A SMALL CLAIMS COURT CASE TO GET BACK MORE THAN ONE YEAR'S WORTH OF OVERCHARGES ON THIS ROUTER PLUS TAXES. Been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for a Supervisor. This company is useless. I will also file a complaint with the FCC.
