I’ve been trying to opt out of the 6 month free Apple Music and it keeps giving an error, “oops, there’s a problem” and it will not allow me to cancel. Trying to call Verizon and they put me on a 60 minute hold. This is bad customer service and pretty shady since it was pretty easy to add on Apple Music.

Tried that numerous times, keep getting “ we can’t complete your request right now”. This is awful customer service. Will be looking to change to another cell phone plan. It’s unacceptable.
This is very strange. Please be assured that we want you to be able to stop that subscription as soon as possible. You are a valued customer and we do not want you to consider a move from our Verizon family.
We provided you with instructions to de-enroll with the My Verizon App (https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-206367/) and also instructions to can cancel the Apple Music subscription at iTunes (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039).
