I jumped through all hoops for the nurse discount (sent in license pictures, etc.) and get an e-mail saying my discount is 0%? Somebody please tell me this is wrong because I have been happy with Verizon for a decade and do not really want to go look up T-Mobile plans.
This fake discount is insulting. Here's what the confirmation e-mail says:
We are sorry that you feel this way and want to clarify what this means regarding the discount. You will not see the discount shown in the details provided here. You are provided a discount on your plan not for accessories, or access etc. The discount is specifically for your account bill plan. Depending on your plan you may recieve a $10 discount per month or a $30 discount on your plan per month. The message provided is to advise that you have the code added and you will start to see the plan discount added to your account within 1 to 2 billing cycles. Does this make sense? JasperM_VZW
