I purchased my Verizon mobile on 12th of April online and
paid the security deposit of $400 since I don’t have good credit score that
time. Now I have completed more than 18 month and still I did not receive my
refund deposit back. I have called multiple times and after waiting for long
hours finally ticket [Removed] has been created. I have been told that
I have not made any deposit and asked to provide credit card statement showing
that payment has been made. After providing all the information still I have
not been refunded the amount. I have harassed for this for last two months, so I
will request everyone please do not go for Verizon.

Do you have a receipt in MyVerizon that shows the $400 deposit?
I had to make a deposit but it was because I exceeded my device line balance. So really my deposit payment went directly to my device, and not my line.
I am not sure how yours was done by hopefully you have a receipt and they can trace it back. Also if you paid the deposit via a bank card, maybe call the bank and see if they can help or assist you in writing a letter to VZW so you can have record of this.
