Has anyone else had any troubles with Verizon getting you credit on your account for trade in allowance for new service with them?
I have reached out over 6 times now within the last 6 months. Every CS has looked up my account and verified my trade in and that they have received it. Sympathizing with me and we will get this corrected with you and make this right. Have been told wait two billing cycles, told we will give a lump sum credit of 450.00, and last one one CS said yes we will credit you monthly for the next 24 months and give you monthly credits. Well none of the above has happened. At this point I would like to get my trade in back for my Samsung Galaxy 9 plus back and move to another carrier.
If you anyone has had this problem and a solution, please let me know.
