Totally frustrated. Coverage has been detoriorating since late August/early September. No coverage at all since last Wednesday. Have reported it several times and been told they are aware there is a problem and a part is on order, but not available. No ETA has been given. Holiday Island, AR 72631. Find it quite unbelievable that a company as large as Verizon doesn't have spare parts. Even just-in-time should have gotten the part here by now. We were offered a loaner Network Extender, but am now told none are available. All I get is fluff about how much they value us as customers and that all that want is the best service for us, but nothing has changed since I called the first time. What can be done?
