New i phone 6 Plus

I just bought the new i phone 6 plus. I am not sure if I should get some kind of insurance on the phone. My previous phone was I phone 5 & I did have insurance. I needed to replace the phone, it was to cost me over $200. How much is insurance on the phone & what would be the benefit.

with tec/tmp  coverage the warranty never ends unless the phone is damaged and if so or it's lost/stolen you can file a claim to get another overnight during the week

You can also check out Squaretrade.  Lower price and lower deductible.

Another option to look into is Apple Care - for iPhones it is likely a better option than Asurion insurance.  However, I don't think they cover stolen phones.  AppleCare Products - Apple Support
