Am I able to exchange my new device that I bought online at an authorized retailer?

We want to make the return process as easy as we can for you, Jflowers11123. You can take the device to exchange at a corporate Verizon location, as long as it's within the 14 day return period. You may return the device in its original condition for any reason, even if it's another color, GB amount or manufacturer, but please be aware, if the box has been opened, there will be a $50.00 restocking fee.
