I am a fairly new consumer. Our first deal rejection was the rebate. Sales educated on what to mail and this was done. We received rejected  and reported to sales.  Informed incomplete.

If you mail a rebate and it is rejected you must contact the rebate company. When they reject a submission they send a postcard with the reason and a toll free number that you can call. This is not Verizon Wireless. It is a third party company.
