NO follow up, Inaccurate billing, Poor customer service

6 months ago I posted about horrible customer service, inaccurate bill pricing, and STILL I am getting a bill that is inaccurate. Some one did email me in response to my previous post who, like the other 20 Verizon rep's I spoke with, promise to have a resolution for me..... After a couple emails back and forth, never heard back from her, I kept trying to email her back and I couldn't, said that email address was no longer active!!!

Really Verizon is this how you do business????

If it's inaccurate call customer service. This us a peer to peer site. I'm sure it's not am issue on verizons side but your being ignorant to the plan.
