My address was messed up by Verizon's system, it got sent back to the warehouse, now it's having to be reordered twice..talked to at least 20 different ppl on the phone and chat and I STILL don't have my phone & have paid $90 for who knows what. Go to the store!
Have you verified your address is correctly recorded in your MyVerizon account online?
I ordered a phone at the end of last year online. It had the correct address on the label and the "missed delivery" sticker was on my door. I then had the package rerouted to the nearest FedEx store so I could pick it up.
