Yesterday i placed and order and 10 minutes after i recieved this email: "Thank you for letting us take care of your wireless needs. your order was recieved, but we need additional information to complete it. Please contact our credit and order review team at xxxxxxxx"
i didn't call the credit and order review team and today this email arrived: " Your order has been approved for processing. you may check your order status online at any time. Verizon wireless credit and order"
What i have to do? i have to call them or my order will be shipped?
