The app tells me to enter my phone number. It then says it can’t help me. It suggest “sign up” or “retry”. So I try sign-up. It then says the phone number is already registered, and to sign in. It’s a circular failure.
What make/model device are you trying to use the app on? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing it?
I know the importance of being able to easily manage the account so we will work to get to the bottom of these app concerns. Are you able to either register your online account on a computer via http://www.vzw.com/register or sign in to My Verizon at http://www.vzw.com/myverizon?
