My Verizon app not updating new device on existing line

I purchased a new iPad in April 2020. Use the SIM card out of the old iPad. On the Verizon app it is showing not registered. It is working fine for cellar data. When I check the website it does show the new iPad in description but has a picture of a Arlo camera. Is there anything I can do on my side. Called support twice and they said they have no idea and not to worry as long as the description shows the iPad on the website.
