Moving to Family Plan and Bundling Internet

I will be getting married in December, and my future wife is planning on working remotely at home. I have three primary questions:

1. I currently have an individual plan, but I would like to bring her onto my plan. She has a phone (and number obviously.) Can I bring her onto my plan with her phone and current number?

2. She is a programmer, and will be working remotely at home. I was wondering if we could bundle home internet with this package (and if there is a discount)? We will be living in Taylors, SC, and having a good, strong, consistent connection is imperative.

3. Including taxes, what would everything cost (with internet, and without it)?
