My daughter and her phone have been on my account for over 6 years. My daughter is on as Account Manager. She is in the military and I have submitted her paystub in order to get the Military Discount. The discount has been rejected by Verizon stating "name on Verizon account does not match paystub". I have been told by several Verizon Reps since January that she would quality for this discount but I am having extremely hard time getting it validated. Can I add her name to the billing name without transferring the account to her? How can I get this validated?
