A store employee told me that my bill would go down when my contract ended this month. I will not be upgrading any of the three devices on my plan, so when will that reduction show up?
Which plan do you have? Do you have any devices with device payment agreement? Are you under contract?
We are just customers like yourself and we can't see your bill.
