Line Reactivation

Hi all!

I would like help on reactivating my line? I was on the Verizon Edge plan and had missed my payment. My line officially got disconnected (not suspended). I still have a few hundreds left on my phone. I am seeking to have my line reconnected (doesn't matter if it's a new phone #) with the same phone. Will I be able to have this done and what are the fees? Can I do it online or do I need to go in person?

You probably need to reach out to the financial services department at 866.266.1445 to settle your account and reinstate it.
