Verizon just sent me a phone I did not order. I think this is a way for them to collect on a $35 restocking fee. I need to know why this phone was sent. How to send this thing back and most importantly remove all fraudulent charges from this mistake by Verizon.

This is the worst site I have ever seen, there is no place to send a message to support.
