Is there an honest costomer service agent working for Verizon?


I Ordered a phone on the 27th paying 14.99 for the overnight shipping it's now the 30th no phone. Also the information about the status of the phone doesn't say anything and I don't have a tracking number. Customer service says it's been shipped and I ask how they know that they told me because the time that has passed it must of. I called fedex they tell me that there is a label that has been printed but it has not been picked up. So liars it has not been shipped. I was on the phone for 2hrs today with no resolution I was put on hold for 20min then transferred to a department that told me they could not help.  I just want my phone or have an idea when I'm going to get it. Do not call customer service or order anyhthing from them go to a store at least you will have someone to hold responsible if you have problems.
