I ordered 2 phones at the store and they got the order wrong. One phone they forgot to give me the promotion and the other is the wrong color. They told me that I had to wait to recieve the phones, (it's still being processed), and then bring them in to correct the order. Can't I just cancel on line and reorder myself?
